8 is GREAT!

Yep...............another Birthday! They all come at once around here-and by Marcus's were all sick of cake. LOL It was Marcus Birthday on April 12th and he is now 8. We celebrated by going to Pirate Island-some were he has always wanted to go. We had a good time and played alot! Marcus got a new bike for his Birthday he loves it! The best thing he says about his Birthday is that he caught a SNAKE! EEWWW Lucky us!! He was so excited about catching his first water snake-me not so much I hate snakes! I told him he could keep it outside in a bucket poor snake is getting all kinds of attention. I hope the Snake survives! Marcus is a fun kid to have around! He is very caring and can be very emotional! Things don't always come "EASY" for our little Marcus he has to practice lots to get things right! That is what is so special about him! He tends to seek out the kids that need friends the most and he is always kind to everyone. His school teacher told me that Marcus really helps in her class by telling the kids to listen and be nice. I admire that about him-I think that it is SO important to be Kind to EVERYONE! He likes to catch bugs, snakes really anything, he likes to ride his bike, play with all of his friends and he loves to make his little sister happy! His favorite food is Spaghetti, Pizza, pickles, apples and McDonald's! He has such a kind spirit and we just love him!! He will be getting baptized later this month on the 30th with his cousin Ashlie! Happy Birthday Mister Marcus!!

Happy Birthday To You!!

Madelynn turned 4 on Saturday April 2nd! We had a VERY Pink day for her!! She loves anything pink so we had pink pancakes for breakfast, new pink summer clothes with pink jelly shoes and Jake brought her home some pink balloons we had Pink cupcakes and she got a new pink bike! What more could a four year old girl want-unless more Pink?? It was a fun day for her! We started a tradition of taking the kids to Brick Oven for there Birthday-they love to eat there. So we took her to Brick Oven and the Balloon girl was there and made Madelynn a Pink Butterfly out of balloons for her Birthday! What a fun day! I can't believe how big she is!! I thought I would share a few pictures of what she use to look like! What a beauty she is-inside and out! We are so lucky to have her in our family. She is so fun to have around she giggles all the time and is 110% all GIRL. She adores her brothers and bugs them to death. She likes to dance and loves to listen to music. Some of her favorites are: Hershey Kisses, Pepperoni, grapefruit, ice cream and Oreo's! This girl is very active and is always busy busy. She loves to ride her bike, follow her dad around, chase the dog and say HI to all the neighbors! One of the neighbors brought her over some coloring books and crayons and stickers and a Pink balloon for her Birthday. The neighbor said "she is my favorite little girl!" I would have to agree-She is my favorite little girl!! (I can say that because she is my one and only!!) We just love her! Happy Birthday Madelynn!!

How Old Am I???

It's that time of year again. Me and Jake celebrated our Birthday's! Jake's was on March 24th and mine was on the 27th. Yeah for us! We went out to one of our favorite restaurant with no kids to celebrate Tocano's-YUMMY!! We have a mutual agreement not to embarras each other on our Birthday's-no singing at restaurants!! I stick to that rule because my birthday comes after Jakes and I Know he will get even if I embarras him!! Jake bought me a new watch and surprised me with an I-Pod-I know can you believe I don't have one???? Jake picked out a Backpacking Pack because him and Matthew and Mckay and My brother Craig and some friends want to go on a trip this summer in the High-Unitah's Backpacking. That's about it-I know were so exciting Huh?? It must be our AGE!! LOL
